WordCamp Ireland 2012
WordCamp Ireland 2012 was held 14. January. WordCamp is organised for and by the WordPress community in Norway with Scott Basgaard and Arnstein Larsen spearheaded. It was a great event with a number of interesting speeches both for users, developers and business. The lecture I liked best was Magnus Jepson from Stavanger. He was to start the company Woo themes together with the one from South Africa and one from Scotland. Woo themes is one of the leading suppliers of WordPress themes and have today 17 people from Norway, UK, South Africa, THE UNITED STATES, New Zealand, Portugal and Poland. It illustrates how even small companies can be worldwide over the Internet.
Even I with birdo a post about WordPress in Norwegian – translation of WordPress themes and insert as I have previously held on a WordPress Meetup in Oslo.

Have you been on WodCamp before?
Does that sound like something immediately I could well tænke mig at deltage i, but do you have some experiences?
It is the first time it is held in Norway, but based on the themes and speakers find this to be very good.
